Tamar is the founder and CEO of POSITIVE Communications. As a professional with
extensive experience in PR and strategic communications, Tamar has led successful
PR activities for hundreds of companies, including Israeli firms with global activity as
well as multinational corporations.
Before establishing POSITIVE Communications, she held senior positions in leading
Israeli PR firms. Tamar is fluent in Hebrew, English, French, Spanish and Arabic.
She holds a degree in public relations and journalism, from Bar Ilan University, and a
degree in Linguistics and French Literature from Tel Aviv University.
